Saturday August 5th in Colchester at the Charter Hall is where the WABBA Body Spectacular contest will be held.
Show starts at 9 am to 11pm finish. £15 admission for adults and £5 for under 14's. There will also be a strong man and martial arts display, fire eaters, robotics, car lift comp and ladies log lift.
There will ber a selection for the WABBA World Champs in Greece from this event too, so lots going on for spectators and competitors. There is also a trade fair where Extreme Nutrition will hopefully have a stall selling supps and clothing.
