Well, i've altered my original cycle plans as i think i said in my last post, so that I'm on Max LMG standalone for two weeks before i hit the PP + SD.
Weight is up 3 kg since i started, so cant complain.
However, i'm getting KILLER shin pains. i'm hobbling around like an old woman whenever i walk more than ten mins. spose i should maybe get the bus everyday, but that amounts to an extra £60 due to this cycle.
taking taurine but it doesnt seem to prevent it. will start megadosing tomorrow.
think i should change my training split. at the mo i'm doing chest and shoulders on the same day, and my shoulders poundages really suffer. that said, i killed them with lateral raises today, but i think presses are best overall for mass.
will start incorporating weighted ab movements tomorrow.
tomorrow is deadlift day! |
