weighed myself on friday and am up 2 lbs from the monday that week. gonna go to the gym today and weight myself. should be back up over 13 stone today, i hope.
i'm a bit disgusted with myself cos i've not done any leg training for two weeks! i do a 4 day split, with legs on tuesday - i always seem to make excuses not to go. also, i always get a sore lower back the day after. i'm imagining it's the squats rather than the leg press. will get someone to video me with my phone or ask someone to watch my form.
had a really dodgy stomach lately. i know i don't tolerate milk well, so don't know if it's my All In One whey or if its downing powdered oats too quickly, or my Max LMG.
On saturday i didnt have any whey, oats or max lmg cos i was away and cought short, so it makes it harder to narrow down. this is quite annoying as the powdered oats really help me to get the the calorie amount i need for this bulk, and i rely heavily on whey for breakfast and mid afternoon.
i've postponed PP til next monday, meaning i'll be on Max LMG only, for two weeks.i figured if i'm gaining, it cant hurt to do it for another week before i up the ante by adding PP and SD into the mix. |
