In the martial arts the training is very different... In the boxe the coach exercices is very very differents...
My first coach based my training in the power
The second in the protection
The third in the speed
... lol
My best training in 3 years in my 14-17 years (i'm not a coach)=
05h00 cardio 45mns whit 2kgs/legs
05h45 skipping rope 15mns
06h00 Eat 6 eggs and sleep
09h00 Bodytraining (different pecs or other)
10h00 Power training whit punch the bag
11h00 Eat ...very big eat... lol
after i have the schools... finish training lol

similar just 10h00 don 't use a bag, use a little bag for the speed and technic
My training whit my coach in paris is Thusday,Wednesday and Saturday
This is very very hard...I have stop it because i have signed whit the army in my 17 years...
