Third day into Max LMG - muscles feel harder, and arms a bit fuller.

Heading to the gym now to do arms, so will see if weights have gone up more than normal.

Had an awful stomach as of late - don't know if this is due to the LMG or just a coincidence. Hope i'm not losing all the extra food i'm eating lol

diet today:

1. 50 grams protein + 80 grams oatmeal

2. banana + protein bar (bar = 25/40/15)

3. 100 grams roast beef wi 4 slices wholemeal bread + omega 3 spread

4. 50 grams whey + 100 oats shake

5. 200 grams lamb, 100 grams potatoes, 2 slices wholemeal bread

6. protein bar (was going to have something else pre workout but just made these and they're really nice!)

7. PWO shake - 50 grams protein 50 grams dextrose

8. 150 grams lamb, 150 grams potatoes, 2 slices wholemeal bread

9. olives + 25 gram whey shake (olives to slow down absorption of whey)

am gradually gonna increase my fat intake this week up to next, but don't wanna do it too suddenly. need to buy flax oil and PB on way home from work tomorrow!

time for some fruit juice and CEE then off to hit dem guns!
