take early on in day - but if you train in mornings wait till after training as it can give you cramps... doesnt really matter about with or without food - i try take any tablets (vitamins etc) with food as usually helps absorbtion.

i know im contradicting paul here.. theres many articles which claim you should take clen for only 2 weeks as your receptors in your blood get desensitised to it... this in fact is not true... your body gets used to the side effects of clen but only slightly gets desensitised to the fat burning properties of it... this view comes from personal experience of my self and others and ive also read as such witten by chad nicholls who is "nutrition" advisor to ronnie coleman!

in reality you can run it for say 8-10 weeks straight at 2-5 tabs a day - more if you can cope with sides! (take all tabs at once). then you need a good say 5 weeks off of it at least!

sorry i know it doesnt really help with getting an answer having two opinions - although BOTH strategies will work!!

ECA - Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin... a stimulant "stack" used as a fat burner - personally i never reccomend this as feel its catabolic and can give some inexperienced users a "flat" look to the muscle...

also as stated above - dont run decca on its own if you can help it!!
