I recently used it for the first time, I started at 1 a day for a week, week 2-3 I did 2 a day, and 3-5 I did 3 50mg tabs a day. From everything I read you should slowly build up, with a max of 200mg/day. No longer than 6 weeks.
Biggest thing I found was the headaches for the first week or so, I still have a bunch left over and don't know if I wanna do the rest cause of the headaches in the first week. I did get over them, I also found I was very restless, I just wanted to go all the time, I couldn't sit down for like more than 5 mins before I had to jump up and go, which also affected sleep patterns.
Like the guy said first, we all react different. I have to say it was like nothing else I have ever done. So I would reccomend startly off slow and see how you feel before increasing intake. |
