yeah so many people say their calves dont grow and they must just naturally have poor calves... then you realise they are trying to lift stupid weights (ive been there and done it)... when you do this the weight isnt actually travelling through your calf when your pressing - like you say its going down your spine, and onto your shins.. so calves actually are never being worked fully! ______________________
