Not sure you're approaching this from the right angle. The chemicals you mentioned will have an effect on your hormone levels but personally I wouldn't think of using them in isolation for fat-burning purposes ie. other than as PCT or anti-oestrogen while on cycle.
If you're looking to burn fat then the only way I know of is to make your body use more calories then your taking in from what you eat.
If you are going to go down the chemical root to do this then maybe consider taking something to increase your metaoblic rate, I think there are quite a few over-the-counter supplements out there that do this. Ephedrine, clen and t3 will also do the same to a greater effect but are prescription only, plus I would exhaust all other routes before taking anything like this.
As far as I know, you cannot target where you wish to lose fat, your body will simply be predisposed to laying down fat in certain areas. To alter the distribution of bodyfat by altering hormone levels is, if this is what you mean, frankly, a little crazy.
Also mate, 5% is extremely low bodyfat, I'm not sure it would be healthy to have it this low for a prolonged period even if you could get it down to this. In my opinion anything around 10% looks pretty good. |
