agree with chalk stick with what works. 3 inches over how long. I have only put 2.5 inches on my biceps in the last 18 months from around 14.5 to the 17 mark which they are currently although my arm size is small in comparison to the rest of me. I do have good peaks though. But yes photos is the way forward |
