Hey buddy none of the frustration in some members of Musclechat in this thread is directed at you, I realise some of the responses came across that way.
Its directed at shit routines like this that really just don't work and never will and are one of the biggest reasons why people never make any progress. The trainers who advocate them just use you to make money and really don't have nay idea what they are talking about.
Its a joke in the bodybuilding community about personal trainers they are like the door to door insurance salesman of bodybuilding. I know 1 PT who knows what he is talking about but thats only because he waws a bodybuilder first for 8 years. I'm sure there are many people in his position but the PT who reccomended this routine to you is not one of them.
Thanks for sharing the info though and I'm glad its worked for you God knows what you could do on a good routine with a good diet if this has worked for you. How much did your arm size change? untensed and tensed. |
