In all honesty, i dont see it building BIG arms. It might build up the veins in your arms, or get your heart rate going high so burn some fat, or pump your arm up to LOOK big because of such a ridiculously high volume, but this sums up why routines given by 'expert trainers' at commercial gyms are just bull IMO!
