For every additional 10 pounds of lean mass you'll put in inch on your arms. Its a rough estimation but spot growth is only possible to a point.
If you want bigger arms go do squat deadlift bench and shoulder press. Then Maybe 6 - 8 sets of bi's or tris a week each tops.
you can't grow one bodypart in almost the same way you can't spot reduce fat. Yes if you neglect a bodypart it will be noticeable and genetics play a huge part in this too but as far as getting 18 inch arms with a 22 inch thigh not a chance in hell |
