I am a bit sceptical that your arms would grow this way. Are you supposed to do them every other day? What about the rest of your body? Look a bit silly with arms out of proportion with the rest of the body.
Maybe a yes for toning, but I'd have to go for a big NO for building size. But I don't mind being proved wrong. |
