Hey people! im new to this forum, im going to tell (for people who dont know) about altitude bodybuilding, it *the best* way to build your arms and its so easy a 7 year old could do it.
What you will need
1)dumbells
2)A space to do press ups
3)Loads of energy.
"high altitude" training is basicly about pushing your body hard and fast for under 1 hour to get maximum effects.
trust me, if your not experienced after this you will be flat out and your arms burning.
before starting i want to tell you that on this regeim you will need to do it 1 day, then take the next day off to give your arms a chance to recover.
Okay now lets Begin!
take a dumbell in both hands, and begin pumping at about 2 per second.
fast right? NO! not yet
continue this for about 5 minutes.
After 5 mins you can start stepping it up a gear to about 3 per second.
keep this up for atleast 5 minutes.
now it starts getting HARD 4 per second.
continue this for 10 minutes impossible? NO! entirely possible for both begginer and expert, just hard, depending on wether your a begginer or not you should select the correct weight dumbells.
stop after youve done the 4ps and stretch off.
get down to pressup position.
go half way down to the ground, and stay there for the count to 5.

now lift back up.
repeat this 10 times.
now go all the way down and hold it for 5 seconds.

repeat this 5 times.
now get up and walk around
take deep breaths.
now go and fix yourself somthing to eat, anything you want somthing with lots of energy i.e chocolate.
If you follow this i promise you will find results within a month, impressive results.
i was told this program at my gym and it has really worked for me
