has any one ever tryed kickboxercise or boxercise? i saw it advertising at my gym the otehr day but didnt go cause i thought that it would just be a copy style class of body combat which is mostly aerobic exercise so any views or opinions on boxcersie or kickboxercise would be apperiated thanks.
