FYI halodrol is a STEROID, a 17aa oral, the reason it is not banned is because it is a newly structured compound and therefore the compound is not yet on the FDAs list of scheduled substances, just because a compound isn't banned does not mean the compound is not strong, compounds such as superdrol and m1t are mg for mg 2 of the strongest oral steroids ever developed (stronger than things like drol and dbol even), from the looks of things halodrol 50 is much of the same although not quite as potent, its still not a product to be taken lightly by any means
