what a **** up todays workout was-
first of all i think i drank decaff coffee so when i dropped some asprin nothing happened
then after 2 reps for the first time i knew i`d never do 20-
then i realised i`d put 5 kg`s too much on the bar-stripped them off and it was no probs

started feeling dizzy around about rep 12 -as usual-
got my second wind which was just as well cos my old bully stuck her head under the descending weight plates-
that was a well controlled rep

rep 20 could have been no.21 or 22 cos i always lose count at least twice
