Bulking diet advice please I have been dieting strictly for the last 2 months now diet recomended by my trainer at gym. It seems to have worked brilliant and helped me pull through my usual flat spot of 84 kilo. Just wondered if any one knew why this has worked, gym instructor is greek (i live in greece) and language barrier stops him being able to explain why it works. Here are the details.
For 15 days..
1, 200gram oats honey milk bannana
2, 10 eggs 2 yolks
3, 150 gram pasta 200g steak
4, 200g pasta 200g tuna
5, 200g yogart 1 bannana
6, 200g pasta 200g steak salad
Then change for 15 days
1, 200g oats milk
2, 150g rice 200g steak
3, 200g rice steak
4, Peanut butter sandwhich
5, 200g rice sweet corn, cheese
6, 150g rice steak
Same diet just alternate every 15 days. I have always eaten similar amounts but contantly the same and other meats. Just wondered if anyone has heard of this and knew why changing has worked to break through and gain the extra kilos. thanks |
