i use this type of theory in my comp prep all i do diffrent is that i have High, Moderate, Low and V low carb days and i rotate them constantly...
the fats i use are from:
Salmon
Olive Oil
Udo's Oil
Egg yolks
to give you an example my diet yesterday was..
Diet:
-6 whole eggs
-200g Chicken breast & salad + 1tsp olive oil + 5 extreme Glutamine capsules
-200g Chicken breast & salad + 1tsp olive oil + 5 extreme Glutamine capsules
-2 scoops Extreme Protein + 10ml Udo's + 15 extreme Glutamine capsules
-2 scoops Extreme Protein(PWO)
-200g Chicken breast & salad + 1tsp olive oil + 5 extreme Glutamine capsules
Cals Fats Carbs Prot
