alright. i've been trainin for the past 12 months and now i've decided to hit the sted's. im not setting out to get massive but want to get slightly bigger and stronger and define the muscle. would u reccommend just doin a 8 - 10 week cycle of deca startin on 200mg, buildin up to 400mg, then workin back down to 200mg. also with 5000 IU of Hcg and 24 tabs of 50mg clomid tabs. rather than 'sus' and 'deca'.
