MuscleMat, are there no college-affiliated weight rooms or fitness programmes you can get yourself on for free?
Given you weights its going to be hard... I don't really have that much of a clue - i suppose if you did all the core exercises with your maximum weights, but did them super super slow (google time under tension training
www.google.com) and lots of reps, no doubt you'll get big doms the next day (i.e. next day pains)
