always used weights but boxed for about 4 years and still worked out with weights to improve my conditioning. got addicted to weights after seeing the difference it made to my physique, now after over ten years weight training six of which were hardcore bodybuilding im now addicted to vale tudo/mma and only use weights for conditioning twice a week. feel tiny now having dropped three stone in weight but my fitness is the best its been for years and ground game improves weekly! |
