well your entitled to your opinion mate but a lot of people have left MC in the past few months because its not a bodybuilding board its more of a general chat board. Putting up articles and product reviews is what makes boards credible how would you know that Extreme protein is good because it replicates the amino acid profile of the human body if you don't know why thats important.
