Which is the BEST protein shake out there?
how much protein does it include in each shake?
how much does it cost?

Also which is the best creatine shake with the same questions?

Anybody got there own recipes that they add to the shakes to get any more protein etc in there?

And how much of each (protein,creatine) do you take a day?
