Calorie intake Hey folks,
I am currently trying to cut fat and add muscle at the same time, my current weight is 231 and I'm 6'4. I have a big gut and the rest is starting to even out. my question is I currently take in approx 2000 cals a day and do cardio 5-6 days a week and burn(according to the treadmill) about 500 calories. do you think I need to add more cals to my diet. I eat fairly clean. mrp shakes being a large part due to living in a hotel for work and not being able to cook. I don't eat any fast food. is my body going into starvation mode at this level should I up to 2500 a day....
