Default How to 'do your own research'...

OK,

so you've just joined the site and people are telling you that you must do your own research, but you still feel lost.

Firstly, try asking your question to a search engine (google.com).

To do this, goto www.google.com, and type your question in there.

E.g. "how does creatine work" in www.google.com bring back these good links:

Creatine Information - side effects, does it really work: http://www.intense-workout.com/creatine.html

Creatine, Does Creatine Work?:
http://www.nutritionalsupplements.com/phosphorus.html

Creatine Monohydrate!:
http://bodybuilding.ultimatefatburne...nohydrate.html

Now these were the first 3 links to come up from google. That was easy wasn't it!

Another good resource is www.wikipedia.org, which is the 2nd most commonly used site on the net. It is an online encyclopedia.

So, typing in the query "creatine" in Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine

for further bodybuilding related wiki links, go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Bodybuilding

Have a play around with wikipedia, type dianabol or trenbolone in there and you'll see you get amazing research and information.

So if any of you mods/users want to remind a new user to do his research, please point them to this thread instead!
