1) Deca is probably not the drug of choice for improving tendon problems, as far as I know it will make them stronger, but more brittle. The steroid with the best effect on tendons was Boldenone (EQ) last time I checked.
Deca is a good choice as far as tendon problems/strengthening goes, it increases collagen synthisis and also crosslinking integraty wich builds a stronger tendon but not a brittle one, but winny (stanozolol) wich dramaticly inreases collagen synthisis without the crosslinking thus building a bigger thicker but more brittle tendon.
i have spent alot of time with jarman in other threads explaining the ins and outs about why i recomend deca and test and at the dosages i stated to build stronger tendons and also add mass at the same time.
