Need everyones opinion on something I have a concern that I want your opinion on. I am looking to start up my first cycle, however; I am currently having second thoughts about the cycle I had originally decided on. I'm not sure if you read through it but a little while back there was a thread where I was asking anyone if they knew of any forms of gear that strenghen tendons/ligaments...and Jay and Caymen helped me out a lot on finally coming to a decision. They finally agreed that 225 mg of deca/week to build up my tendons and 200 mg test enanthate/week to supplement my natural test production would be sufficient. (I had tendonitis in the past in both of my tri-cep tendons right where they meet the back of the elbow). This cycle appealed to me initially, however; for my first cycle, I am looking to throw on some considerable size as well as strenghthening my tendons to decrease chance of further injury. For my first cycle I was thinking to even them both out and start off with 400mg test en/week along with 400mg deca/week. Would you say this is too heavy a cycle for a newbie? How would I be in terms of shut down, hair loss...and other related sides? Any other opinions for diff dosages?
Also, are the "tendon-strengthening" properties of deca over-rated? |
