What do people use to add flavour to their food No we all know that our diets get incredibly boring and eating eggs without any flavour or bare chicken 365 days a year gets monotonous and at times unbearable what flavourings, alternatives, etc. do people use to keep sane.
I regualrly use spices add I occasionally use olive oil dressings.
Eat extra lean beef with piccalilli on brown bread as a kind of cheat meal. Tastes kinda like a hamburger.
Also mix instone puddings with oatmeal which makes that more bearable. Honey or lemon curd if I eat oatmeal just afer training and I'm bulking.
