Hello all
I'm 24, 6'3 and 16.5 Stone, I'm looking to lose a lot of weight and build up some muscle.
Started in the gym about a week ago and am currently doing just over an hour of cardio every night when I get back from work.
I'm also doing 2 sets of 8 reps on various weight machines.
I'm currently taking 20mg eph when I get back from work, mainly to suppress my appetite as I usually eat far too many carbs when I get home from work. But it also helps a little with the cardio. The downside to this is that I am eating nothing after about 4pm till the next morning. This is not because of the eph, I am just more scared it will stay on if I eat too late!
After reading through the forums I have started to worry slightly because I am so determined to lose the weight fast that I might start losing muscle(I don't have much

ops: ) as well, which I want to avoid as I really want to try and build it up too.
I really don't know where to start in regards to diet & frequency of exercise, any help with that and any other advice would be really appreciated!
