Im very impressed with this supplement so much so i thought it deserved a mention
. Its worked wonders on a troublesome knee joint i have had for a while ,unless it just went away on its own (which i doubt).I use reflex 1000mg caps at 2 a day have been for a month or so and im convinced its a good buy,You can also get it with chondroitin but im not sure the extra expense is justified.(but i may be wrong).
