oh ya..well check this out..i wake up around 9am...after going to bed at 3am...and drink water...or if stomach pain persist my only cure is protien, at this early hour..then im back asleep..in minutes..
of course you cant take like 70grams in the morning...but like 35 is good..and my body wont let me sleep unless i do so every night..(only happens when im sore or during consistant training..)
for me i think its a way for my metabolism to maintain muscle growth..im an ectomorph ______________________
