wow did this thread get convulated quickly...guest, first you should register here to really benefit, second, starting with dumbells is great, but you will soon want to join a gym and really take adantage of the machines and barbells/plates...don't be afraid because you are just starting and feel you are not big enough (i know i was)...remember everyone starts somewhere...my suggestion is in line with steves with an addition...why dont you post your diet and workout plan for our comments...this is really the best way to learn... ______________________
