everything ive heard about calves generally involves incredibly high volume-100 reps or lots of weight and every day workouts etc-
but since september ive been training calves 2x a week directly after squat/deads with single leg calf raises at 15 reps + weight-theyre up by 3/4"-now 14"1/4-
dont look any better tho :cry:
