 how many spoonfuls ???
hi...sori if this sounds stupid.. but i have just bought a big tub of dymatize whey...and forgot to buy a scoop...so im wondering how many tea spoonfuls i should use in each drink? ...that sounds so dumb but im new to this...and totally forgot...cheers guys
