Wholemeal pasta, brown rice, oatmeal
Try sweet potatoes - they're really nice cut into wedges and oven baked with some rosemary, pepper and salt.
I suppose my main carb sources are oatmeal for breakfast, wholemeal bread (toast or a Subway) for lunch and then some type of potato rice or pasta for dinner. and sometimes i add oatmeal to protein shakes during the day or have fruit if i want simple carbs. |
