Okay, this prob sounds like a question with a simple answer, so fill me in guys. I'm basically looking to add more of a variety to the types of foods I am eating as far as carbohydrates go... I eat all my sandwiches on either whole wheat bread, multi-grain, or rye...also a fan of oatmeal... What does your diet consist of as far as carbs go...?
