Bulking and cutting Hi,
I currently weigh in at 15st 2lb, but I think I can lose around 1 1/2 stone of bodyfat to cut up. My question is how could I stay around 14st when cut? I understand the concepts behind diet for both cutting and bulking but what do you do, do you bulk for 3 months then cut for 3 and so on or do you bulk for a year and achieve a target weight and then cut? |
