ok, heres a starting place...visit the diet forum and read it...all...with all due respect (you said you are new, so its ok), i eat in one sitting close to what you eat in a day...eat every 2-4 hours, each meal including protien, fats and carb in a 40/20/40 ratio...boneless skinless chicken and brown rice are a nice staple...i dont see anything bad about your diet, there is simply not enough there...protien shakes will be a nice addition once you get that goin... ______________________
