my diet is breakfast - oats, semi skimmed milk,
lunch - tuna steak sandwich made with wholegrain bread and low cal mayo. yogurt as dessert
dinner whole roast chicken , steamed rice, yogurt for dessert again. and i only drink semi skimmed milk....
im just not sure if this is a good diet to be following and wether i should use some protien supplements before a workout and after....im new to all of the bodybuilding so im just not sure...thanks ______________________
