why do you want to boost your protien levels?...im not sure what this means...you mean you need more protien/day?...in that case, check out the link nick posted above to get some info about protien, but honestly, protein shakes should only be used to supplement your diet...the largest amount of your protien intake (and daily calories) should be coming from food, why don't you post your daily diet (including supplements) for us to take a look at...that way maybe we can make some more solid suggestions...
