I wouldn't overdo it on the multivit, i'm sure 1 will be enough and include 100% RDA of each vit. Apparently overload in certain vitamins isn't good for you.
As regards to me I'm using bulk powders unflavoured whey, multi vit, omega 3 and vit c, sometimes green tea.
