i'm 25 and my weight fluctuates between 190 and 200 lbs ht. 5'11
cant really tell you what i do because i dont know how safe this is , putting this info out like this. ok my diet, well its no special diet , just low carbs, and alot of meat. i was told to try an eat 5,000 calories a day and keep a low sodium diet. my work out consists of running a mile or more a day and day 1(biceps) 2(back) 3(tricep) 4(chest) 5(shoulders) 6(legs)
i like the weight more light an i do 4sets of 15 in most of my exercises. im trying to get the more cut look than the bulker look. but that about sums it up .
