Firstly, you're not going to see much difference in only 2 weeks.
If your aim is to get bigger then you need to spend at least a good couple of months eating like a ba***rd and training heavy and hard. Do this until you're at a size your happy with OR your body fat gets to high (ideally no more than around 20 - 22%) Then start some intense cardio.

Secondly, if its only a six pack you're after then start on it now with a good routine of crunches, leg raises and of course plenty of cardio to get your BF down low enought to see the results. (check out the training sections, there's plenty of useful suggestions for your routine.

So, you can see that depending on what your goals are the advice is going to be different.

With regards to is there a better time to go for a six pack, well most people would agree that we tend to keep body fat in the winter. But hard work will still shift it!
