i have used it lots
when i cut a few months ago: i would normally start the day on 2 EPH 25s with asprin and caffein added and then do 1 hour cardio (8am)
then another 1 or 2 eph 25s with asprin and caffein again before my weights session at 6pm.
However it really ruins your sleep pattern, for 3 1/2 months i averaged 6 hours sleep a night, and was fatigued/lethargic throughout the day. Also, on the subject of addiction, there is a tendency to feel too tired unless you take some, so you kind of get addicted to being on it, as it really makes u awake and lively for 3 hours - its just the crash after about 4 or 5 hours that kills you.
I would normally do 5 days then have 1 or 2 days off, on the 1st day after (saturday) i would normally crash entirely, 12 hours sleep ish and not much energy (meaning sometimes i'd rely again on taking it to wake myself up)
Its not addictive by compound as far as i know but it sure is just as a sleep 'repellant'.
