I really agree with andy here. You really shouldnt be doing steroids (yes, M1T and all prohormones are pretty much steroids), at 5'10 i'd say the minimum you should be for even considering these substances is about 12 stone, and thats at a low bodyfat.
I have recently bumped up my eating and gained a stone naturally within the last 6 weeks, i've shot through a plateau and of course maybe 7lbs of this stone is fat, but my point is that you need to eat your heart out. 10 stone at 5'10 is still probably underweight ! i'd say you need to be 2 stone above your 'average joe' weight for your height before even considering them.
