Post workout I have just started having 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops ground oats, milk and honey.

Then shortly after a solid meal consisting of either a tin of tuna, chicken/turkey with several slices of wholemeal bread and another single scoop of whey in water. Glass of fruit juice.
