that sounds exactly like how my back was-i started using lighter weights-a 3x3 cadence(ish)trained less frequently and added only 1lb aweek to the bar(5lb`s for squats)cos i was increasing the weight slowly my body was able to adapt to the increase-i also started stretching seriously and progressively-it made a massive diffence for me-saying that i cant train cos my back is ****ed from doing breathing exercises-and i cant train at all
