inject slowly, dont move the needle while injecting, try having a warm/hot shower before/after the injecting to loosen ur muscles up and rub the injection site after injecting to distrubute the oil plus accoring to the gate control theory of pain, stimulating pressure receptors simultaniously if you are in pain will over ride the pain pathway greatly reducing it.
